It’s been a few days since we returned. Time to recap the trip!
During our November trip to Donbas, we delivered:
- KIA Sorento car for the 50th National Guard Regiment fighting in Luhansk Oblast. Purchased for PLN 16,500 (we also paid PLN 3,000 for the service repairs necessary for the car to be sent to the front line)
- 300 infusion cartridges for Sapphire pumps purchased for the Department of Neurosurgery in Kyiv for PLN 6,000.
- HIKMICRO Lynx Pro LE15 thermal imaging camera purchased for PLN 3,048 for border guards fighting near Kupiansk,
- 240 tourniquets delivered, among others, to the 144th Assault Brigade and to Wiktor from Kharkov – a Ukrainian volunteer who will provide them to the units fighting in Donbas. We paid PLN 15,500 for the tourniquets.
- HIKMICRO TH35 thermal imaging camera with a rail mount for the total amount of PLN 9,139 and a power generator for PLN 1,500 for the 44th Mechanised Brigade,
- Power generator for PLN 1,500 for the 116th Territorial Defense Brigade,
- Mavic 3 drone for PLN 8,749 and EcoFlow DELTA2 power station for PLN 4,559 for the 3rd AZOV Assault Brigade,
- 3 encrypted Motorola radios for PLN 9,173 for soldiers from the 1st Armoured Brigade,
- Hygiene products and children’s toys that will go to orphanages and to the little ones orphaned as a result of the war,
- Groceries for the residents of Avdiivka for the equivalent of PLN 4,000,
- Personal equipment bought for a soldier for PLN 3,300 – money we raised during a private fundraiser,
- Medical and other types of aid to the Dnipro area for Stratpoints and HumAni Foundation (in this case we only provided the aid – it was not financed by us).
In November 2023 we provided aid amounting to PLN 82,668 purchased by us from your donations. In July 2023 our aid amounted to PLN 67,739. In total, during these two trips, we provided aid purchased for PLN 150,407, although in reality the total amount was much higher as that month we also equipped a rehabilitation centre for war veterans near Kyiv with a Renault Trafic car worth approximately PLN 40,000 and donated to us by Tomasz Manikowski and on top of it we also transported medical supplies funded by Piotr Mazur. He never told us the price of these supplies. Suffice it to say, they filled half a cargo bus. Of course, there are also logistics costs: fuel, insurance and, when necessary, hotels (although whenever possible we tried to stay with friends, volunteers, etc.). Logistics costs for both of the trips amounted to a total of PLN 19,110 (this means we managed to maintain the proportions where 90% of the money goes to the aid provided and 10% to logistics).

Here you will find invoices for our November trip.
You can find a detailed report from our trip on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.
During the November trip we travelled 3,500 km (2175 miles). We all returned safe and sound and are already planning our next trip. We intend to go to Ukraine again in January 2024 but before we can do this, we need to pay our debts. We fervently hope for your donations because – as you can easily calculate – we’ve spent more than we managed to collect.
Will you help us?
