In the TQ Dnipro factory

It is located in the city of Dnipro in East Ukraine. We had the opportunity to see how they make this essential medical equipment, which helps save the lives of wounded soldiers and civilians injured in heavy accidents. We were shown around the factory by the marketing director of TQ Dnipro brand, Ihor Tobler.

One uses a tourniquet to stop bleeding when there is a severe injury or loss of a limb. In such a situation, just seconds decide whether human life can be saved. Therefore, the band must be reliable – none of its elements can break when put on.

Ukrainian Gen2 „Dnipro” tourniquets have the necessary international certificates. Above all, they were recommended to us by practitioners who had the opportunity to use them. At the same time, they are much cheaper than the well-known CAT tourniquets, which means that for the same amount of money, one can save more lives… And one more thing: by buying Ukrainian products, we support a local manufacturer, which is crucial in the case of the economy of a country highly exhausted by war.

We immediately took the tourniquets purchased from the TQ Dnipro company to Kharkiv and Donbas, dividing them among several Ukrainian military units that reported to us the need for this equipment as it’s necessary on the battlefield.
